Genuine, highly competent rental property management

I have had a number of rental properties, with different agencies, both in the Shire and Inner West. I cannot fault the property management, including dealing with repairs, minor disasters and the way in which they put the wellbeing of both the tenants and myself. That is not always an easy balance, but the long term rentals of this property (2 residences sharing a driveway) prove their point. They are excellent at consultation, selecting quality tenants and review of market rentals. They have dealt with the change in ownership status and related issues with sensitivity and thoroughness.
