Great results with skill and expertise!

Michael got a great result given the market, timing and property for sale. I saw him use his negotiation skills to get what I believe was the maximum value for my property. He had challenges to overcome, like the limited number of buyers, difficult market conditions and the features of the property. He provided guidance on what was important, how to get the most value for the property and he was unfazed when plans had to change. I would use him again and I recommend him.
