Hassle free! Completely hands off for us, just the way it should be

Basel and his team have done a great job selling our house while we weren't even in the country. I met Basel once at the property and since that time, he and his team took it upon themselves to prepare the house for sale (cleaning, repairs etc.) with regular email/SMS updates. It was not the best time for us as we were meant to be overseas for a holiday, but it didn't matter. The team followed their process, went through the open homes and found a buyer who was willing to pay what we were expecting. 66W signed and contract exchanged, while we were thousands of kms away. Best part through the process, we were never pressured to take the offer, the price guide was exactly what we expected (without us telling him our expectation) and we felt completely comfortable leaving it all in Basel 's (and his team's) capable hands.
