Makes Lemonade from Lemons

I engage Daniel to sell our property having experienced his professionalism when buying our new family home. Having been on the buyers side, and experiencing his enthusiasm, work ethic, and knowledge, we knew he was the right choice to sell our old home. We were right! Given the situation with COVID, a home we had lost passion for, and a deflated attitude, Daniel's approach was a God send. Both systematic in getting the right things in place, and pragmatic in terms of value and marketing. He did all the hard work, engaged the right people, and made light of what is generally an emotional situation. Most importantly, he was realistic and truthful in setting expectations, but driving as hard as we could for a result. On advice, we went to auction, got a great result that met expectation, with no hassle or fuss. He made lemanade out of my lemons. Highly recommended - you've never seen anyone work an auction floor like this guy and his team.
