â˘Although Paul was professional in his dealings with us, we felt that when we shared our concerns, we were overrided. e.g. the value of the house . We felt $$ was an adequate price, but paul thought because of the sewer line, the value of the house had diminished. Although we had at least 12 examples of homes similar to ours selling for a substantial increase in $$. The sewer line seemed to have a major effect on pricing. This I didn't agree with. I consulted with other builders, other people who had similar issues with sewer line, and the margin to encase 15 m of sewer line at $100K seemed excessive. This was repeated to me 5 times. I felt we weren't looking for an excessive amount of money for the house after seeing the data in the immediate area. The auction was a non event .no registed bidders, poor execution.$$,At the end was the money we wanted, and we recognised that paul and manii had worked hard to deliver the outcome expected
