Review of Agent Ankit – Dishonest & Misleading

I strongly warn anyone considering working with this agent. We purchased a property on Brisbane Street, St Marys, and it has been one of the most financially and emotionally damaging experiences of my life. Ankit, the agent, repeatedly called me after the inspection and pressured us by claiming the owner urgently needed to sell to buy another property in Jordan Springs. We trusted him — but this turned out to be a complete lie. He also promised that the house would come furnished — with furniture worth over $30,000 according to his own words. But on settlement day, the house was completely empty. Not a single item was left. We were misled on multiple fronts. This was my first property purchase, and the agent completely abused that trust. Because of his dishonesty, I believe I overpaid by at least $50,000 and was left with nothing that was promised. The property was clearly overpriced, and there have been ongoing issues since settlement. I deeply regret working with this agent and would not recommend him under any circumstances.

Ankit worked so hard to get the best price for us. Very professional, honest and always on time with appointments. Great communicator. Very passionate about his job. Broke Stmarys price record for townhouses. Couldn't be happier. Thanks Ankit, now we can downgrade with financial peace of mind.
