Letter of thanks for highly personal and professional service

For the three of us the sale of our deceased parent’s home(and the one in which we all grew up in) was an emotional and daunting task especially given our distance apart, health and responsibility issues, and yet, at no time were we made to feel like "difficult" or demanding customers. Greg was extremely helpful in providing experienced guidance on the options regarding every decision we needed to make, and prompt with setting up the time plan for the campaign and we’re sorry that not all of us managed to meet Greg in person. All the Laing & Simmons Cars Park team members such as; Greg, Dimitri, Renae, Bobby and others were all helpful, considerate and empathetic to our situation, and we have each appreciated your availability and time taken in communicating with us all.
