Janelle joined the Lakeford Real Estate Team in August 2017 as the Residential Property Manager and in March 2019; moved to Commercial, Industrial and Social Housing Property Manager. Janelle also looks after your monthly disbursements and Financial Reporting. Janelle has completed her Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate) and is a licensed Real Estate Agent. Janelle is a well known born and raised local with prior experience in a Real Estate agency as well as previously working in a local Property Valuation firm for 8 years before joining the Lakeford team.

John Harford took ownership of the part-owned family business in 2007 when he moved back to Gunnedah and has grown the business into a formidable Real Estate Agency. John has been a licensed Real Estate Agent, Stock and Station Agent and Auctioneer since 1990 after studying at the University of Western Sydney. Friendly, thoughtful and helpful.

We had a really good experience renting through Lakeford, having only lived in cities before it was nice to work with a small team who new us and the property well. Whenever repairs needed to be arranged the team got straight onto it and never made it a hassle for us. Vacating was a really easy process thanks to the thoughtfulness of our property manager Ciara. Thanks Lakeford!

Loving it nice little area

What an amazing little flat, next.door neighbour us absolutely friendly. The only dpwn fall is no air-conditioning in room but a fan does it. I'm.very 😊

Great Service, Great Knowledge

Professional and polite

Ciara and John have both been absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. They made us feel comfortable and reassured when listing our house for rent.
