Winning agent with that winning smile, gets the job done

Lance is honest, trustworthy and always comes back smiling no matter what you throw at him. That winning smile was a sign. He gets the job done quickly, efficiently, effortlessly and doesn’t make you feel as though you are bidding against yourself to get the agent a higher commission as some do. He made it happen for us (with a bit of help from above) so that the purchase ties in with the sale settlement when I felt I could take no more stress of selling and buying. The home ticks all our boxes and is the one for us. First and only home he has shown us and it was the one and meant to be. He is the nicest and kindest person and everyone speaks highly of him - you can’t help but love him.
