From the very first meeting, Lee set expectations and gave very insightful directions on how she thought best to proceed with the sale of our apartment. Turns out, she was right, and I'm glad I listened. Lee clearly has a wealth of experience. She understood how best to prepare the property and the target market to go after. The final sale price was evidence of that. As I posted about Eric, this is the only time I've felt the agent commission justified the level of service, and that should tell you all you need to know. No sleazy sales speak or empty promises. Eric is genuine, attentive and punctual. He works very hard, makes himself available when needed and quick to respond, even after the sale was completed.
