For years, I have regularly contacted Landmark Realty to find out information on the market and found both Eric and Lee answered my questions without hesitation and with professionalism. When I decided to sell my apartment, I called them first. I met with Eric, who went through their recommendations and explained each one clearly. He also advised an estimate that was higher than other agents so I requested a list of sales in the area and compared to other agents, Landmark had consistently better results in my suburb. At no point was he pushy and gave me time to make the decision of when to start the sale process. I signed with Landmark and found throughout the marketing and sale process, Eric was professional and in regular contact. All work undertaken to update the apartment and make it sparkle and was done so effortlessly from my point of view with excellent tradespeople which were arranged and supervised by Eric. I received concise updates weekly and if I raised any questions, Eric calmly allayed any of my concerns and was always quietly confident that all would end well – and it did, with a quick and smooth settlement. I would have no hesitation in highly recommending Eric and Landmark Realty to sell or to buy – I am so happy with the outcome and I cannot fault them with anything. It was worry free and a pleasure working with them from the beginning to end.
