Excellent Agent with a different approach

I do not often write reviews for people I encounter in business, however, I am making an exception for Lee Chan, who was our Agent charged with the job of selling our 2 bdr unit in Chiswick recently. When we decided to sell our unit the heat had already died down in the real estate market and auction sales were increasingly becoming less effective. Lee convinced us that we should let her sell our property via private treaty and place faith in her expertise. She was highly professional from the outset and right throughout the sale campaign. She gave us a clear indication of the sale price she expected to achieve for our property and she met those expectations within 3 weeks of commencing the process.
