Incredible team

We purchased a home pre-auction that Rob and Julie were selling in St Ives and I will definitely hire them if we are ever looking to sell: 1. They helped us fall in love with the home - and boy are we in love!! 2. They were very flexible on showing us the home to our family late at night which was very important to us as buyers and got us more emotionally invested 3. When times were stressful Rob was good at reminding us why we were doing the deal (and I'm so glad he did) and kept us in the process which ultimately led to a good outcome for his client but also we are so thankful for the outcome, we love the home and the street and the suburb and the fact that we can give our little girl a home :) ! 4. The team has been super responsive - quick responses across all hours of morning and night (we exchanged contracts at 10pm on a Friday night! 5. They are honest people which, from a buyers standpoint, made us feel more comfortable with the process and allowed us to be open about issues that were concerns for us and on the negotiation day the team really tried to help us get comfortable with our concerns 6. Genuinely just lovely people to deal with I feel that without their input we wouldn't be in the process of settling our forever home. For all their efforts and open, respectful engagement I would absolutely recommend them!
