Refreshing experience

We gave Rob and Julie, what can only be described as an interesting property to sell. Our family had lived in the house for 68 years. And had seen our pleasant bushland setting change as the main road became much busier. However precious little had been done to upgrade the house in that time. Now with our parents gone we needed to sell it. But who, would be interested in a unrenovated 2 bed room house on a busy street? What was it worth? What would we need to do to get it ready? There was nothing in the suburb similar to this house sold recently that could be used as a guide. Plus we were all leading busy lives on another side of Sydney. Rob and Julie saw the challenges of the property as an opportunity. They impressed us straight away, they knew the local market, and they listened to us. They suggested a simple strategy that emphasised the strengths of the property and took advantage of current market interest. Rob always kept us updated and guided us through the process to sale.
