Tells it straight, gives good advice & gets results

Dave has proven himself to be a man of his word. He said we would sell our house and he did quickly, efficently and with a minimun of fuss. We conducted our business over the phone and via email as we don't live locally. His use of those mediums is very effective. No wasting time, no information overload just honest and unvarnished advice about the best way to sell our property. I was very impressed from my first conversation with Dave. It was friendly, direct and focused on getting the best resuts for us. I would highly recommend Dave to you. There are a lot of bad real estate agents out there...Dave is the polar opposite. I dont think you could ask for a better agent.
