Toughh Sale but Dave did it!!

I live in Queensland and my treasured home of 14 years was trashed by a group of tenants. Being remote meant that I was unable to fix up the property and with mounting debts I needed a quick sale without giving my place away. My daughter only month earlier sold her home with Dave and urged me to give him a go...I do not regret this decision in the slightest. With creative marketing and I have to say honesty regarding the condition of my home the house was on the market in no time. Feeling pressure to pay off some bills I almost bowed to earlier and lower offers however Dave encouraged me to hang in there, confident that my home was worth more and that buyers would see through the problems and see the charming home that brought much happiness to my children and I. Dave remained in contact with me keeping me up to date but did not burden me. Auction day just 4 weeks later had me at the end of the phone in Queensland not knowing what would happen. Dave was reassuring and with his associate Leigh on the end of the phone to me I was kept briefed through every step. The result??? A price I never expected - some $50,000 more than the offer I considered accepting just a week earlier - a price though that was worthy of my home. Thankyou Dave and your team you made a very difficult process so very easy. I have dealt with a lot of real estate agents and never have I felt so comfortable to hand the reigns over - and that's coming from a control freak :)
