A clear plan and we got a great price.

We have been in contact with Dave for several years knowing that we were going to sell but waiting for the right time. Dave never pressured us about selling but was always there if we needed advice on buying. (We wanted to buy before we sold). When it finally came time to sell Dave was a pleasure to work with and we always felt that we knew exactly what was going on and that Dave was on top of it. He had a very clear plan and was able to clearly explain to us why he felt it was the way to go. In the end his plan went perfectly with no hiccups and we ended up getting a price higher than we expected.
