Efficient and Professional

Peter Daicos from rRent Property Management is a professional and efficient manager. Besides being friendly and courteous, he provides efficient property management. He carefully chooses my tenant, rents the property at market price, inspects the property every 6 months, minimizes vacancy and provides a monthly report. Over the years all statement and other correspondence has become paperless which is much appreciated. Good management translates to income for me and their fees are very reasonable. I have known Peter Daicos for a few decades now, he does a great job and I recommend him highly.
