Professional and courteous

Daniel was professional and courteous. He or one of his team answered all our queries promptly and were very patient and reassuring when the bank loan was held up on a technicality. We really appreciated having the relevant building and strata reports available on the day of inspection . We just downloaded it using a QR code to read later . Other agents did not do that . The whole process of making an offer and then buying was made as stress free as possible
