just too easy

Kerri-Ann knows her stuff when it come to the Darwin market. She provided excellent advice pre-renovations, what had to be done, what could be done and what was simply not necessary . This saved me a fair bit of time and $$$, the benefit of genuine local knowledge I guess. Our renovations took a few months and by that time the Darwin market had warmed right up . On Kerri-Ann's advice, we 'staged' the property to give it the best chance at top dollar and quick sale. Sold our unit on the very first open day. OUTSTANDING ! Its been quite some time since we had bought or sold property and Kerri-Ann was ever so helpful with all the info on compliance and regulations . Between her and our conveyancer it was stress free . Personally I find Kerri-Anns down to earth approach refreshing. There is no hyped up sales bulls#*t , just an honest and genuine way of dealing with us and clearly the purchaser as well. I can highly reccommend the services of Kerry-Ann, she was simply brilliant for us.
