Sold price as promised

The 1st home open didn't go to a great start with a burst pipe in the upstairs bathroom. Devon is very knowledgable in the Belmont/Cloverdale/Kewdale area, the price he estimated for my property sold at the upper end of his estimates which worked out great for me. He is also very easy to get hold of and talk to.
