Excellent Work Once Again!

This is the second project Trent has handled for me and once again his experience and knowledge of the local market proved to be spot on regarding renovations which he organised and coordinated himself. He was then able to secure a quick sale at a good price point near the top of the price range asked. This has proved to be such an easy and straightforward renovation and sale that I almost feel like buying another house just so I can get Trent to sell it for me. It is always a pleasure working with him - he has an excellent knowledge of the market and what will sell a house, has a very relaxed and cheerful personality and gets things done. I can't recommend him and the team at Leading highly enough.
