Exceeding Expectations

I would strongly recommend Trent to anyone whom is looking to sell or purchase a property, house or other in the region. We sold our vacant lot in Sunbury with Trent in Nov 2020, at the tail-end of the Victorian Coronavirus Lockdown. We had a "test the market" mentality, not expecting miracles as such an uncertain time. Trent picked up our case extremely quickly. He was able to map out a very realistic plan, with stages and a road map for how we would go about the sale. He got to work straight away and quickly organised everything with extreme ease. As a result of his quick action we sold before we even properly put the property on the market and for a rate above expectations in a very uncertain time. This was nothing short of an exceptional result. My wife and I are working professionals and manage a few properties. We are busy and we highly value people like Trent whom take on our challenges and run with them autonomously while still keeping us well up to date and working within our wishes. We will certainly be reaching out to Trent and Leading again in the future after having such a positive experience. This all goes without even mentioning Trent's friendly nature and professional approach. We have been fortunate enough to buy and sell a few properties over the years, but can comfortably say our experience with Trent has been the best we have ever had and now do not feel the need to ever look elsewhere again.
