We were executors of a will and the house involved was to be sold at auction. The property was not in his area but he did a great job anyway. When Leighton went to view The property he was badly messed around by one of the beneficiaries and not allowed access. He re-organised the sale and was very helpful with this. His ability to get the place sold before the 2nd auction date at a very good price helped us to finalised the will and also kept all the beneficiaries happy. Well worth using him.
