His team also sent me alerts when rent market goes up or down, which requires rental adjustment. Now when I decided to put it for sell, he screened renovation vendors, organized the work, prepared paperwork for residents committee, and most important, found me the good buyer off the market. If I have to define Leroy Magee real estate I would simply say its a one stop shop for all your real estate needs. During the time I was renting through them Leroy and his team had always been prompt and helpful in providing all the support from time to time. They were alway just an email or call away. This prompted me to reach out to them first when I was looking to buy my first home. The ease with which I could buy my first property was only because of Leroy's calm and composed manner in finalizing the deal. Leroy not only explained the minutest details but also ensured that all the requirements were verified by us before making the big decision. Kudos to Leroy and his team for making the most complex process so very enjoyable and memorable!!!
