Leroy is one of the rare real estate agents that you can partner with. He thinks what you think no matter if you are buying or selling or getting someone to manage your investment property. I bought the property in question 9 years ago right from his listing. There was not any hassle in the last 9 years of property management, even during the tough pandemic period. His team also sent me alerts when rent market goes up or down, which requires rental adjustment.
