There are 3 bedrooms, 2 down stairs and the main one upstairs with an ensuite. There is a living room upstairs with a gorgeous north facing balcony for morning coffee. Down stairs is a delightful sitting room with soft garden views and light filtering in, kitchen with gas upright stove, meals area and a wonderful north facing sunroom. The winter sun comes into this room from the east, north and west making it the most popular room in the house. It has a relaxing view of the established garden. Out in the garden is a men's shed/workroom and well planned vegetable garden and a few fruit trees. One carport plus some shelter for a second small car.
