Jun Lee is a fantastic agent who understand customer expectations as well as owners. He promptly replied to my emails regarding a property which I inquired. First He ask me a series of questions over the phone to find out my requirements. His knowledge on property market and the area in particular helped me to make up my mind. Without his advice we would have made some silly decisions. Once we decided which property to buy, then he effectively communicated with us and the owner back and forth to come up with a figure that both parties satisfied with. Whole process went without any hiccups, purely due to his efficiency and knowledge on the process. Jun Lee was ready to meet us at any given time and most of our meeting were out of usual office operating hours. He also manage to arrange property inspections out of ordinary time and many times as well without any complains. Jun Lee doesn’t forget us once the deal is done. He recommended and helped us to find tradesmen to do some renovations. This proved us that he is well connected with the community in the area.
