I would never recommend this agency. Our experience was incredibly stressful and disappointing.

From the time we signed on, we were pressured, manipulated, and repeatedly talked down to, and our experience was marked by intimidation and manipulation. We were consistently railroaded into decisions and made to feel like a burden for standing our ground. The agency showed complete disregard for our needs as the sellers and acted entirely in the best interests of the buyers. Despite bank valuations coming in much higher, they focused entirely on what was “wrong” with the property and worked to secure the best deal for the buyer, with the agent pushing us to drop the price at every opportunity. We were made to feel like the problem for having clear financial needs, and after an extended time of being on the market, we caved under pressure just to be done with it and with this agency. They knew we were exhausted and used that to push the deal through, knowing it left us in a worse position than we started. To this day, I am still financially impacted because they refused to work toward what we actually needed and what the property was worth. What’s worse, the agent included an illegal clause in the sale contract allowing the purchaser early access to the property before settlement, something we signed without understanding it was not legal. It wasn’t until our conveyancer stepped in that it was corrected. The agent should have informed us and protected OUR interests, they didn’t, they looked after the buyer’s interests instead. They are now falsely advertising the property as sold for our original asking price, when it actually sold for $200,000 less. It’s misleading, unethical, and completely dishonest. This agency showed a total disregard for our situation, made us feel like we were in the way of their deal, and ultimately worked in the buyer’s interest, not ours. If you’re a seller who wants representation, look elsewhere. This was a costly and upsetting experience we would not wish on anyone. They promised a lot and delivered nothing. Do not recommend!
