Frustrating, but eventually satisfying

Kassey took on the task of selling a difficult property, and highly priced by todays market standards in Coffs Harbour. It had already had 5 months exposure with another realtor in town, but to no avail. Kassey worked tirelessly, was extremely proactive, and managed to find a number of interested people. She and Craig also organised advertising in the Domain, and used my photographs from previous times to good effect. I was two months away from withdrawing from the market and becoming a landlord. There was only one offer, made on Haloween afternoon, which I accepted on Kasseys advice. I feel that she has managed what others could not, and I am very pleased to endorse her to any of my friends who are looking to sell. Well Done Kassey. Phil Houlton
