Returning client

This is the third home Melissa has sold for me. As with the others my expectations were more than likely out of kilter with the market at the time of each sale (I am the eternal optimist). Melissa patiently guide me through the process, (again) and found the right purchaser at an acceptable price in what was by then a volatile market. Things can change so quickly in real estate and Melissa is always right on the trends. I’m not looking for a forth sale anytime soon but I’ll know who to go to when that time comes
