Sam was always easy to approach and a so helpful. She acted in a most ethical way and we appreciated her genuine approach. We knew she had our best interests in mind. We liked her non aggressive sales talk approach. She spoke how she found things but in a caring manner. She's excellent at her work and knows the Jetty area so well. She managed my stress with great care and consideration which was greatly appreciated by us.
