Craig's attention to detail was exceptional from the initial appraisal to the end of the process. He knew the area of the sale well, and his advice was professional and personable. Nolans' database of potential purchasers was useful, as were Craig's personal contacts. We were kept advised of viewings and issues throughout the period of the sale, sometimes on a daily basis. At our request Craig negotiated settlement terms to suit the situations of both vendor and purchaser. Our sale occurred in less than a week at a price that we were really happy with.
