Underhand, painful, deceitful and untrusting.

I recently purchased a rental property through Ayla. As part of the " negotiations" I was offered a 3 month "free" rental period. I was informed we had to sign up for year at 7.7%, which in all the small print, which I missed on signing. Ayla was informed on various occasions, verbally, on email and text message that I only wanted at 3 month rental agreement .She seems to have missed passing this information on to the Letting Department several times. Ayla never took the time, nor had the inclination to step in to resolve this matter as for the sale was " done and dusted". I look forward to breaking this "arrangement" the coming New Year. Work of caution, get any offer during negotiations in writing to avoid been miss led.
