All rooms have locks on doors and a brand new split system reverse cycle air-conditioning unit. The owner resides on the premises, and all tenants will have access to use the shared lounge room, bathroom, toilet, laundry and kitchen.
Important Information: The tenants are responsible for electricity and water usage (the owner will contribute $100 towards the quarterly electricity bill and $30 towards the water usage). Internet usage is included in the weekly rent. Tenants are not responsible for the yard maintenance.
