This wasn’t just a property sale — it was the home my father built and where our family’s memories live. With Dad now 96 and moved into aged care, the process was emotional and at times overwhelming. Ali spent the extra time to make my Dad feel comfortable, valued and most importantly heard. Ali was always available to answer all of our questions and provided feedback of progress to myself and Dad often along the journey. In a property market that overnight became increasingly difficult for sellers — with uncertainty, shifting buyer confidence, and longer campaign times — his steady guidance made all the difference. After the sale, Ali arranged for the buyers, a beautiful young couple, to come and meet with Dad at the house. This was such a lovely thing to do, and Dad was over the moon knowing his beloved house is going to have a new lease of life with a new family.
