Frustrating at times given the industry turning to a buyers market in Sydney

I considered 3 agents in Springwood. Scott seemed to stand out with his knowledge and proposed commitment to the sale. He was persistent and professional at every stage. The property was offered for sale with a price range being 40k from high to low. It finally sold for approximately 7% below the bottom figure. I still would use Scott again
