Scott gave a very appraisal of the house, and managed to get slightly more than his estimate All the staff involved were experienced, helpful and charming. The advertising was appealing, photographs and video superb. Little difficulties with negotiation as they arose, were dealt with courteously and efficiently. We were kept informed every day of progress. Selling a home is very stressful, but the entire staff at Lister and Cole managed to ease that stress for us, and we are very happy with the result.
