Fluent in English and Hindi, Ashwin took the leap from accounting to selling property because he really enjoys the people aspect of real estate – meeting and dealing with so many interesting types of people. Ashwin loves the freshness of Point Cook and contributes to it by volunteering with local community initiatives. “It’s such a new and well planned suburb. I really enjoy the lifestyle and all the family activities one is able to enjoy around the area. Given the expansion plans in the western suburbs. I am extremely optimistic about what the future holds for the real estate market in this part of town. In the meantime, I am enjoying living and working in Point Cook.”

HIGHLY recommended

Ashwin was professional and straight to the point throughout the selling process. He was always upfront and realistic about expectations and always kept me up to date on the status of the sale. He was always available for contact whenever I had any queries and had great local knowledge, and was very helpful in organising some maintenance to the house. I live Tasmania and Ashwins help and knowledge went well above the normal expectations of an agent and I am very thankful for his assistance with the issues that I had. I HIGHLY recommend him to anybody that is planing to sell their property.

Sold in 2 weeks !
