Best real estate I've ever dealt with
Best real estate & property manager I've ever dealt with. Garage remote not available when we picked up the keys, PM emailed a few days later saying they had the remote & asked if I would like to pick it up from the office or if I wanted the PM to drop it off. I replied with it would be appreciated if the PM could drop, reply from PM absolutely, I'll drop it off tomorrow & she did. While here, PM asked if there were any issues. I showed her a few things we noticed (had only been in property 10 days at this stage). PM said due to Easter, she'll send maintenance requests through after the public holidays. That same night the ensuite shower wasn't draining so I emailed the PM with photos straight away. Once the public holidays were over, I received emails stating that the different trades required for the issues reported had been assigned. Within 1 week of trades being assigned, they had all attended & issues resolved. Follow up email received yesterday asking if there were any other concerns. It feels good knowing the PM is looking out for the tenants as well as the owner of the property. My husband & I hope to stay in this property for quite a long time.
