On the ball and on the money :-)

We first investigated the sale of our investment property about 9 months ago. It was an older style art deco unit that had been rented to the same tenant for more than 15 years who recently moved out. Aaron and Christie showed us sales figures of similar properties in the area to give us an indication of what could be achieved if we invested some money to refurbish and modernise. Aaron arranged a preliminary an inspection by an interior designer which I took up and ran with. We retained the art-deco charm whilst adding features to suit the dicerning buyer. By the time we finished not even Aaron recognised the unit. We knew we made the right decision to go with Little Real Estate. Aaron's marketing campaign utilised all media and he really worked hard to showcase our property. Because of the pandemic, Little Real Estate immplemented a strict Covid Safety Plan to comply with NSW Health requirements and assure the wellbeing of their staff and prospective buyers. I am advised that each property inspection was booked solid, online enquiries exceeded their most optimistic expecations and even achieved "Property of the Week" by Domain.com On the day of Auction there were 14 registered bidders - an excellent achievement, as the auction was undertaken on line. Aaron worked for us right up to the fall of the hammer which in my opinion paid for the marketing AND their sales commission. I have no hesitation in recommending Aaron Del Monte to any prospective vendor. Our expectations were exceeded and we are delighted with the result.
