Practically designed as a beach house for entertaining, the front yard can park a multitude of vehicles or is a great spot for backyard (front yard?) cricket, there are wrap-around verandahs with stunning ocean views top and bottom, and a fabulous beer garden / tiki bar at the rear.
Updated internally, the modern kitchen and bathroom (two toilets) are pleasant and practical, and there is a reverse cycle air conditioner for those balmy summer evenings or to warm up during our cooler, Tasmanian winter months. The open plan living area upstairs is ideal for family getaways, with plenty of room, and plenty of space for scrabble, reading, TV or just ocean gazing.
