Linda got our place sold quite quickly in a tough market, and negotiated a fair price, although below what we wanted due to maintenance problems. It still is sold.

I bought a property Linda had for sale and Everything went well, Linda and her husband Carlos seem like good old fashion people with good values and are looking to do a good job in what they do,
I am keeping them on as my property managers and im sure things will go well with them,
