Efficient Real Estate

Our property has been rented with this agency for 9 years and in that time we were always looked after. Everything from happy renters to all work getting done on the property. Then we decided to sell the property and we liaising with the agency well. All correspondence was easy via email, as our property was in queensland and we are in victoria. They helped with the negotiations of the end of sale.
