Goes the extra mile. Very friendly and supportive

Aaron and I were first time home buyers and most things were new to us and given we are both very thorough and analytical we needed a bit more time to get our heads around the paperwork. Also at the time of the purchase both Aaron and I were very busy at work with the Christmas break coming up etc. When we explained to Sam that we needed more time, he was very supportive and worked with the Seller to ensure everyone was comfortable and yet still meeting desired outcomes. I would like to particularly thank Sam for going the extra mile by successfully following up on our letter box key with the previous owner post settlement date.
