Great professional and knowledgeable service

L J Hooker Ashfield have been the managing agents for my investment unit since I purchased it through them in 2006. They have always been efficient and kept me updated and taken great care in the management. All the staff have been fantastic. Their property manager Louise Vella that is now is taking care my property is an absolute standout. Louise rang after a routine inspection and suggested I should renovate the property to create a home for future tenants. She has advised me and supervised a repaint, blinds, bathroom upgrade and door replacement and repairs all while I was overseas. She has also found new tenant without needing to advertise,so no advertising fee and achieved a 20% rent increase. Iv been constantly updated and been sent photos while im overseas. It looks amazing, Louise has put her heart into the upgrades and finding a tenant. Extremely happy and thank you Louise.
