I’ve been with LJ Hooker Ashfield since 2017, with Vanessa Nastasi, Dylan Bozicevic, and then Damon Bucciarelli as the property agents. They are responsive liaisons between myself and the tenants. They’ve assisted with passing on keys to my family when I was away, updating the electrician who left a door open, delivering repaired blind slats from myself to tenants, responding to a faulty gas knob that led to gas leak, emailing me required documents for EOFY as needed. They carry out open homes, post rental ads and do background checks which streamline tenant selection. The periodic inspection photos are clear records.
