Very pleased with their knowledge and approach and very happy with the final outcome.for us.

Shortly before Christmas, as the worse possible time, our tenant gave notice that they would be vacating our property. I was very concerned knowing that the rental market is usually not great prior to Christmas however I need not have been concerned as our agency - L. J Hooker at Ashfield - immediately gave us a very clear picture of the current rental market for the area, the weekly rent we should get and a probably time frame to gain a tenant. I am very happy to report that after just one open house we had rental applications and had agreed on the new tenant. In my 10 year of using this agency, I have always found the team to be very professional and always 'totally across' all aspects of the rental market.
