Thank you for the opportunity to submit a review of LJ Hooker Ashfield. We have been a Landlord Client with Hookers for the past 27 years, having bought the block of units through them. We are delighted with the service& attention we receive from Marc Cristophellos & Paul Puglisi. They always treat us with respect & both agents are always available to advise, guide & support us with por decisions& always act in a professional manner. They indicate & initiate adjustments in the rental market, & rental increases or decreases (more recently due to Civic) when necessary. If repair work or decorating is required, it is always attended promptly, efficiently & to our satisfaction. With replacing fennants, they give us relevant information on the applications, know the type of Tennant we prefer & support us with our selection. They are available to forward plan our management of the block of units of which this unit is one of four in the complex. Once again we thank Rate My Agent for the opportunity to give you feedback on our experience with LJ Hooker Ashfield.
