Helpful with repairs

LJ Hooker Ashfield have been managing an investment unit of mine in Elizabeth Street Ashfield. The Unit was purchased in 2012 and has been deteriorating for some time now. This was causing a lot of maintenance headaches for me and a subsequent reduction in rent with each new lease. LJ Hooker were able to arrange a full refurbishment of the property such that I am now achieving a fair rent and am also experiencing less calls for repairs. They have also gone above and beyond in representing my interests with the strata managers. They basically make my life easy and deserve their commission.
